Administration Services
LLC Package - $200 One Time Fee
This package includes one hour long consultation, by the end of the hour you will have an LLC registration to the state of New Hampshire, an application to the IRS for an employer identification number (EIN), and a BOI filed. Ready to start business officially in the state of New Hampshire
Registered Agent Service - $50 Yearly
Register agents are the person the IRS contacts in case of a commutation, Figueroa Management offers this service at a yearly rate for registration.
